Repairing DNA damage.

What appears to be an impossible task, nature has been doing for millions of years - repairing DNA.

Lucky for us, an entire group of genes is responsible for minute by minute gene repair. The imaet software holds the frequency of many of these genes for your clinical use, to potentially epigenetically overcome their dysfunction. How, by upregulating the activity of known gene repair genes.

The genome gets injured daily by many different environmental insults. From EMFs to chemicals on food, to pharmaceuticals, from excessive stress to emotional trauma. Genes, because of their subtleness are exposed to injury constantly.

"This DNA damage accumulates with aging. Defects in DNA repair lead to premature aging, cancer and illness in general. Multiple tiers of defense have evolved to reduce the accumulation of DNA damage, including reducing damaging molecules, repairing DNA damage, and inducing senescence or apoptosis in response to persistent DNA damage. Mutations in or failure of these pathways can lead to accelerated or premature aging and age-related decline in vital organs, supporting the hypothesis that maintaining a pristine genome is paramount for human health."

What we are doing with regular IMAET treatments (SHOW Method) is coping with DNA damage by practicing DNA maintenance, the effects of which will manifest in a reduction of age-related phenotypes. Genome integrity and maintenance are essential for the viability of all organisms, and the imaet is one of the more effective tools I know for stimulating those DNA repair genes.

In this article I just focus on the gene repair genes specifically. Their are 3 main categories:

  1. Double-strand breaks: DNA double-strand breaks pose the most serious threat among all genotoxic assaults to the survival of cells and are repaired by either homologous recombination (HR) or non-homologous end joining. HR is disrupted in breast and ovarian cancer. BRCA1 and BRCA2, two important players in the HR pathway, are mutated in early onset breast and ovarian cancer, prostatic and pancreatic cancer. MRE11 and RAD50 constitute a heterotrimeric complex that senses DNA damage mainly in the form of double-strand breaks and is often mutated in lymphoma.

  2. Mismatch: Mismatch repair (MMR) targets incorrectly paired nucleotides introduced accidentally by DNA polymerases or after treatment with base-modifying chemotherapeutic drugs (e.g., alkylating agents). MMR disruption causes microsatellite instability (MSI), a form of genetic instability associated with cancer. Familial cases of colonic tumors result from germline mutations in mismatch repair genes, primarily MSH2.

  3. Base Excision Repair: The Base Excision Repair (BER) pathway is the main mechanism that protects the genome from deleterious effects of exposure to reactive oxygen species. This pathway removes damaged bases from DNA and it can also repair DNA single-strand breaks. APE1: apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease 1 and  PARP-1 participate in this DNA repair pathway.

The Biotech and pharma companies are on a hot pursuit of a magic pill, chemical or anything to achieve 'gene repair'. The only potentially viable 'technology' they've been able to come up with is Crisper, a protein from nature (bacteria), which they have been trying to control for over a decade with limited success.

Imaet employs the tools given by nature

through millions of years of survival training, also known as evolution. Put those frequencies to frequent use and let's keep our genomes as healthy as we possibly can. Healthy genes equate to a healthy individual.
